d. Whole wheat or legume pasta – High-fiber, protein-rich, and perfect for quick meals.
2. Canned & Jarred Goods
Shelf-stable and full of flavor, these are lifesavers when you're short on time.
a. Canned tomatoes (diced, crushed, or paste) – The base for soups, sauces, stews, and chili.
b. Coconut milk – For curries, smoothies, or even baking.
c. Beans (black, chickpeas, white) – Plant-based protein that’s ready to go.
d. Tuna or salmon – Great for quick lunches, pasta dishes, or snacks.
e. Nut butters (peanut, almond, tahini) – For toast, dressings, or a spoonful as a snack!
